Built to make the business easier to understand, book, and promote.

Sara’s Day Spa needed more than a refreshed website. The business needed a clearer client path: what services are offered, how booking works, what clients should expect, and how event requests should come in.

The completed build organized the public website, booking structure, inquiry process, client policies, and launch content into one cleaner operating front.

Before

The business needed structure before public promotion.

Sara built the original site quickly during the COVID shutdown while pivoting her business. It served its purpose at the time, but the business later needed a more complete public-facing system: website structure, booking flow, intake forms, client policies, and promotional content.
